Analyze the contractor’s maintenance policies and procedures to asses the effectiveness. Ensure that these programs are being implemented at the rig level. Evaluate critical spares on board the drilling rig

Perform a job readiness rating of the rig and rig equipment based on the drilling program.

Submit a detail report and review findings with you and the contractor.

Perform rig equipment acceptance testing and Pre– hire and periodic surveys.

Assist you and contractor in developing and implementing any corrective action plans.

New construction rig commissioning and final acceptance services.

Conduct a detailed and comprehensive HSE survey using industry standard checklist developed by Rig QA .
